Peter Kozak is co-founder, chairman of the board and CTO of Cloudficient. He's responsible for overseeing the technical direction of our company and our products.
In a long and successful career developing software architecture, Peter has been instrumental in the creation of some of the most exciting software solutions on the migration market.
Before Cloudficient, Peter was Co-Founder and CEO of international migration company Quadrotech. Before that, he was Head of Development (Global) at Glasshouse.

Peter Parker joined Cloudficient in 2021 as CEO and is responsible for the overall success, and direction of the company moving forward.
After a long career in the IT data migration industry particularly in the sales arena, Peter has worked in senior positions for many companies: KVS, Veritas, Neverfail and most recently Quadrotech and Quest Software.
During his time in the industry Peter has always brought new ideas and passion to every company.
With a genuine interest in individual success, Peter’s support, honesty and openness has helped employees at all levels reach their potential.
Adam Feher is CRO & CMO of Cloudficient and oversees the strategic direction of our company alongside the executive management team.
Serving in a variety of roles within the enterprise archive & migration space ranging from pre-sales, business development, product marketing, sales, and management, Adam brings a unique blend of business and technical skills combined with a huge passion for delighting customers and partners.
Before Cloudficient, Adam was VP of Sales for North America of Quadrotech, an international migration company acquired by Quest Software.
Adam has a B.S. in Computer Science from The College of New Jersey (TCNJ).
Kevin Jacobs is an Advisor to the Cloudficient Board of Directors.
Kevin Jacobs brings over three decades of expertise in mergers and acquisitions, fundraising, and strategic growth initiatives. Kevin is the Founder and Managing Partner at Mantra Capital, where he focuses on deal sourcing, incubating companies, go-to-market strategies, and scaling business operations.
Previously, Kevin launched DTI’s eDiscovery business, and held the roles of Vice President (VP) of Technology, and VP of Mergers & Acquisitions at Epiq, where he managed complex business processes, acquisition integration, and technology strategy.

Svetlana Sakovych is CFO for Cloudficient and has experience working with a range of companies in different areas of business.
Svetlana has focused on IFRS accounting and management accounting, including the financial close process and group reporting for different companies. She has also provided training, consulting and coaching to CFOs and financial controllers, angled towards international auditing standards, reporting and consolidation processes.
Svetlana has over 10 years of experience in auditing and 6 years as CFO.
Michel Zehnder is the CIO of Cloudficient and responsible for new technology strategies, their implementation, and overall operations of our global multi-vendor cloud environment.
Michel has over 15 years of experience in the archiving industry as well as a previous background in finance and has worked with Peter Kozak since 2006.
Before Cloudficient, he was a founding member, CTO and later CIO of Quadrotech.
Marek Hurta is Global Head of Development at Cloudficient and he is responsible for ensuring delivery of innovative new migration technology.
With a passion for software development and bringing new products to market, Marek has worked on variety of migration technologies across different companies. From early roles like Production Quick Fix Engineer (QFE), Senior Developer with migration consultancy experience, Marek joined Cloudficient initially as a key Solution Architect.
Before Cloudficient, Marek was working as Software Developer at Transvault and Quick Fix Engineer at Quadrotech.
Marek has a M.S in Cybersecurity from the Brno University of Technology.
Ron Brown is the Director of Global Presales at Cloudficient and is responsible for all technical aspects of the sales process and customer experience.
In his technical career, Ron has assumed many roles on the product side, including Product Manager, Technical Marketing Manager, Solutions Consultant and Presales Consultant for enterprise technology companies where his focus has always been on customer success. Prior to working directly with product, Ron held many roles in IT Management for Financial Institutions in New York and San Francisco.
Before Cloudficient, Ron was a presales and delivery engineer at Quadrotech.
Ron has a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Buffalo (SUNY).
Gary Fry is Head of Service Delivery at Cloudficient and he is responsible for ensuring successful completion of all customer projects.
With a veteran track record in Professional and Technical Services, Gary has worked with many archiving migration vendors in roles such as Project Manager, Solutions Consultant and Migration Consultant. Gary has been involved in the migration space since the birth of many of the available market solutions and has years of experience delivering and managing complex migration projects globally.
Before Cloudficient, Gary was Head of Service Delivery at TransVault and Quadrotech prior to that.
Gary is a certified PRINCE2 Practitioner and ITIL v4 Certified.
Nick Dishman is the Director of Channel Sales and Strategic Partnerships and is responsible for all aspects of Cloudficient’s partner community.
Nick has spent his entire 14+ year IT career in channel sales working with email archiving. He has held roles at several ISVs during their early growth phases.
Nick has a passion for working with partners and developing new relationships.
Before Cloudficient, Nick managed Channel Sales at Quadrotech and Globanet prior to that.
