Kickoff
Our first step is to conduct a series of workshops to analyze and review the project scope, goals, and desired business processes. We then map that analysis and design a tailored, automated solution, that aligns with the project.

Cloudficient’s delivery team has over a century of experience with archive migrations around the world. Leveraging the only next generation, cloud native migration technology, Cloudficient helps customers with a unique approach that ensures successful business outcomes.
Our first step is to conduct a series of workshops to analyze and review the project scope, goals, and desired business processes. We then map that analysis and design a tailored, automated solution, that aligns with the project.
We will then deploy the cloud tenant and install the necessary on-premises components. End to End tests will be performed to ensure the correct permissions, connectivity and workflow steps.
We then work with your team to establish success criteria for test users. Once agreed, we test the solution with a pilot group to ensure all steps are completed for each user. The final step is to optimize the configuration.
Once performance is optimized and pilots are signed-off we begin ramping up to production levels. Our consultants handle the daily migration activities, and we continuously submit users to the migration queue, with the goal of keeping the queues full at all times to ensure maximum performance and minimal project duration.
After the migration is finished, we will perform a final review to ensure we have met the project goals. The last step is to decommission the cloud tenant and assist in removing the on-premises components.
