UI/UX Designer (Part-Time or Freelance) - EU / US Remote

Job Role Overview

As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing user interfaces and crafting exceptional user experiences for our business enterprise applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to ensure our applications are not only functional but also user-friendly and visually appealing.

Job Responsibilities 

• Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for our suite of enterprise applications.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions and improve user experience.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals.
• Maintain and update design systems to ensure consistency across all applications.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continually enhance our design processes.

Job Skills & Specifications

Required 

• Proven experience in UI/UX design, specifically in business enterprise application design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise and innovative solutions.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
